The Department of Health (DOH) informed the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) through Commissioner Caesar R. Dulay the revisions to the list of VAT-Exempt Medicines under Republic Act. 11354 or Corporate Recovery and Tax Incentives for Enterprises (CREATE) Act.
