The Department of Health (DOH) informed the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) through Commissioner Caesar R. Dulay the revisions to the list of VAT-Exempt Medicines under Republic Act. 11354 or Corporate Recovery and Tax Incentives for Enterprises (CREATE) Act. Three medicines are recommended for inclusion while six medicines are endorsed for deletion. To see the list of medicines, please refer to the Endorsement letter dated November 23, September 01 and June 27, 2022 below.
