Consumer Engagement in Drug Price Monitoring

The Pharmaceutical Division created an online reporting system via Google Forms where consumers can easily lodge their complaint with regard to the implementation of the Executive Order on Maximum Retail Price of medicines. Information dissemination of this platform is conducted in partnership with patient groups and civil society organizations that also help in monitoring activities.

This is a partnership with the patient groups and civil society organizations with regard to the information dissemination and monitoring of compliance of the drug establishments to Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of medicines.

There are two options for reporting violations to MRP:

  1. The Pharmaceutical Division created an online reporting system via Google Form where consumers can easily lodge their complaints with regard to the implementation of the MRP.
  2. The Department of Health- Centers for Health Development, can also receive reports or complaints through email, telephone call or walk-in visit.
