The DOH Program to Combat Antimicrobial Resistance together with the designated DOH-retained hospitals as the AMS training hub continues to cascade the Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) Training Program to Level I hospitals scheduled this year. The training is composed of Asynchronous (online modules) and Synchronous learning sessions to adapt to the new normal, taking advantage of the online platforms. Attendance to the scheduled training is important to ensure that the DOH timeline is achieved. Likewise, it shall also be part of the licensing requirements of the Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) along with the AMS Program implementation in all the hospitals in the future.
